The development company of the project was set up in December 1995. The company has under design as well as under construction, a number of development projects throughout Cyprus which, at this stage, are the following:

 Laxia Boutique Apartments in Nicosia: Young people's apartment project of 30 units: 1-2 bedroom units, with all mod cons garden and common pool set on the outskirts if Nicosia at Laxia village. Works have commenced and the project will be delivered by December 2007.

. Ayios Elias Cottages in Protaras: Ayios Elias Apartments is an outstanding new development is a sought after elevated position. Located at the foot of Ayios Elias church with its spectacular rock formations it offers excellent views of Protaras Beach and the surrounding coastline. The location of this new development also benefits from the nearby Ayios Elias Holiday Village and all the amenities that go with it including sports facilities, childminding, shops and restaurants.

. Odysseus Bay Village in Pissouri : A project consisting of 50 detached villas with private plots and private pools, situated 300 metres away from the sandy beach and Columbia Hotel, within the wine producing village of Pissouri. The site occupies the top of a hill offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and the beach. The first phase of the project is completed and delivered to the purchasers. Final completion of the whole project is set in early 2006.

 

 Aphrodite Gardens in Paphos : The project compromises of 32 apartments, with communal swimming pool and it is situated in Kato Paphos area and has been delivered in mid-2005.

 Dias Apartments : Delivered on December 2006. The project compromises of 21 apartments  with common swimming poll. The project is situated in Paralimni.

Neapolis Complex in Limassol: A residential project consisting of six blocks of flats (total 100 flats) at the Law Courts area of Limassol. The first block was delivered in 1999, the second in 2001, the third in 2003 and the fourth in April 2005. Works are progressing towards the completion of the remaining 2 blocks.

 Nishia Beach Villas: A project consisting of nine beach villas in Protaras area. Works were completed in April 2001.

 Apollo Seasite Villas: A project consisting of nine seaside villas in Protaras area. The project was delivered December 2002.

 Psarolimano Beach Villas: A project of nine detached beach villas in Protaras, facing the sandy Golden Coast bay and the fishing shelter of the Municipality of Paralimni. The project is on top of Protaras Marina and was delivered in June 2003.

 CLR House: A prestigious office development project (total extent 5.000 sq. metres) in Nicosia, abutting onto Byron avenue. The project was completed and delivered in June 2002
